The Fine Print:
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the architecture and development of the front end web application
- Interface with supply partners for integrations
- Interface with supply partners to develop custom integration solutions
- Manage QA process for supply integrations
- Maintain and enhance customer reporting and analytics interface
- Maintain and enhance internal admin portal
- Develop custom scripts to streamline manual processes
- Continual planning and development of a highly scalable, durable and reliable infrastructure
- Scaling through automation
Required Knowledge:
- Iterative design and development processes
- Rock star expert in PHP and OO programming
- Bash

Awesome Senior Database Admin
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Enhance monitoring to maintain high availability
- Document and practice failover scenarios
- Troubleshoot performance issues, solve problem and suggest optimizations
- Help educate our dev team to make good schema design choices and write efficient queries
- Monitor and enhance our backup solution to ensure that our customers’ data is always secure
- Handle ad-hoc schema changes with no downtime
Required Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of MySQL replication, monitoring, troubleshooting and backup
- Understanding of both MyISAM and InnoDB storage engines. Deep understanding of InnoDB internals and performance quirks is a big plus
- Solid knowledge of both standard SQL and MySQL-specific commands
- Greenplum and Postgres
- Linux in virtual environments
- Automation
